switching drive letters in win98se

In device manager, goto each drives properties. There should be a reserve drive letter option there. Set the Zip to Q (just temporary to free its letter up) then set the CD-ROM to D: then you can move the Zip to E:. You may have to reboot several times in this process, but when you are done you should have the drive letters set the way you want.
