Switching Domain to WorkGroups?

I recently put in a home network of three computer in a work group. But my machien that i use for work is set under a domain server running Windows 2000 Professional. Anybody know of a way in which i can switch from a from a domain server to a workgroup when i am at homeand switch it back to a domain server when i get back to work and be able to see both networks? Anyone have any ideas? t would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
 
NetSwitcher is a shareware program for Windows that saves all of you network and printer settings as profiles. You can switch back and forth between work and home networks simply by selecting a different profile.
