I don't think it is the router(Xfinity Cisco thing) or the camera(Axis P1357), because I was able to set up a network share with a "dumb" Intellinet POE switch on the same router and a different router(Netgear).
I had already did a lot of "setting up" with the camera on the old hardware to the point it did work, so the only new thing is the TP-Link TL-SG108PE v2. Doesn't seem like I can disable the VLAN or anything. Other network sharing features work. I can access Windows shares, but the camera cannot mount a share to any of my Windows computers on the network even they worked on the old Intellinet "dumb" POE switch.
This TP-Link switch supports MTU, Port, and 802.1Q VLANs, and I cannot disable all of them in their entirety to make it completely "dumb".
