just finished my update to asus p4s333 board: no pics yet...but here are some scores
1.8a@2.4ghz with 133fsb and 4:5ratio for memory w/ pc2700 modules so it should be 333mhz

I tried 1.8a@2.5ghz w/139fsb ran no scores though
prime failed immediately at 1.65v
I bumped it to 1.675v and it was steady for 1 hour (before I stopped it), but I think I want to be sub 1.65v until I hear otherwise...
Heat doesn't seen to be issue as I have new avc hsf and as2, and my idle temps were at 38c in bios...asus probe never took me over 47c at 1.675v so I don't know if that sounds right...maybe???
I need a 3:4 ratio for 133 or over...I think scores would be 7 percent better and near 2700....
Versus the msi board...I get a bit higher with the asus as the board (msi ultra aru) was maxed out on voltage and would fail prime 95 in seconds at 136fsb. This was clearly not ram as it had tested much higher in freq. on board at 122fsb, and the temps were fine at start of prime test...I had restart problems and I hadn't done the wire trick....
Also it would switch to a 1;1 ratio after 122 or 125fsb and kill any chances of getting decent memory scores and raw cpu power...I would get about ~2000/~2000 regardless of settings at 133fsb for 2.4ghz...But it ran prime95 solid at 2.4ghz
Overall good features with the msi, but lackluster ocing capabilitites and limited confidence in bios fixes for the matters above...some have stated maybe a chipset limitation, but I don't know if I believe that...

I saved about 20bucks
got 25percent higher bandwidth scores...Now above a non-oced i850
better ocing features in bios
bundled programs that actually work!!! well maybe not the temps on asus probe...don't know for sure...
cons:
I lost ata133 feature, though many say high overclocks may have made this have issues
I lost usb 2.0 feature, though I own no usb 2.0 devices
has no chipset fan
