Switch or Router or Both

Networking novice here:

I have an Ubiquiti EdgeRouterX. It has 4 ports holding 2 UniFi APs, a SmartThings controller and my PC. Everything is functioning great.

I need 2-3 more open ethernet ports so I picked up a Ubiquiti UniFi Switch 8 (this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MZ32B1B/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

Do I replace the router with the switch or add the switch to my router and expand from there?

I'd rather just have one device.
