Switch, link speed?

Say I have 2 8 port Fast Ethernet Switches. Now if both switches have 5 users connected to each of them, and then switch A is connected into Switch B, does this mean that switch A shares the 100mb bandwidth (switch connection) when dealing with any PC on Switch B?

Yes, exactly. This is why it's common for switches to have a higher-speed "uplink" port, for example, 24 10/100 and 1 gigabit.
