Switch job or not

Current Job: 1 year and 3 months. Been through arguments with boss with no growth. Always lecture and coach me for laziness. Job is quite easy other than micromanage boss. 240 hrs PTO in 1 years. 2 years, I will still be doing the same position and same sarcastic perception or get fire by arguing with him. Close to family and easy public commute

New job which i accept the offer: only IT guy to support the San jose and Fremont site office. Good growth to manage 2 site office. Need to buy commuter car to travel from SF. 1 hr commute through 280N. Unknown in new Job environment. 2k less paid.

Debating: Should I switch job?
