switch and wireless roulter

my current setup
ADSL to win2k server with sygate(ICS),
second network card from win2k server to the Netgear Switch.
and all other pc and printer goes to the swtich.
i just got a 11mb wireless roulter with 4 port.
so, can it be plug into the switch
or should i uninstall sygate, and connect the ADSL to the wireless roulter, and connect the switch to the WR.
which method is better
 
Router directly on Modem, and No Software NAT is:

More Stable.

More Flexible.
