Swifty vs. Silverado!!!

Hey people, I need some help deciding on a heatsink/fan combo. It is between the Swiftech MCXC370 with probably the Thermaltake 39cfm/31 db, the MCX462 with the Panaflo L1A, or finally the Silverado super quiet cooler. I obviously want something queit but that will still get the job done. I was leaning towards the MCX462 but since I would be using such a low powered fan will it still out-perform the silverado and MCX370? Is there any other fan/heatsinks you recommend? Thanks!!!
