Swifttech socket A cooler on an Epox board...wil the sucker fit?????

Sure does fit I have one on mine. You might want to use some of the fiber washers that come with motherboards inder the stays that bolt to the motherboard as they are pretty close to things but it fits great. 1.2 TB at 1350 and 39C and it goes up to maybe 40 to 41 under heavey loads.
 
Yup it works fine just either do what Cosmo said or I just ground the little part of the washer that fits in the hole because EPoX uses non-grounded holes but their the size of grounded holes.
