I wonder why they rolled over so easily...

Conservation of forces can be an excellent strategy. Swiftech's main business is in parts; the AIO looked to be a testing of the waters. The lawsuit notwithstanding, Swiftech still offers their 220/320 kits, albeit for twice the price, that seem to be of superior quality. It will be interesting how things shake out, but I doubt Swiftech will completely quit the AIO market.

oh how irony how swiftech came out with patent 764 in design back in 2009 on the apogee drive....
vs 2012 the patent is written.

Reminds me of another unscrupulous company that tried to gobble other people's patients and failed.

Anyhow i for one will never buy an asetek.
I take that back i never owned one anyhow... they all have poor quality in my eyes.

I wonder why they rolled over so easily...

i bet u gabe is waiting for ThermalTake to go postal on Asetek.
Once asetek loses one case... its a landslide in all the other cases they lose.
Saves money on lawyers also.
