Swiftech MCX462+T w/ 40-50cfm fan

Will it work? Or should I just go with a SK7 and have similar cooling, if not better? I dont wanna go over the 50cfm range for noise reasons, as this computer will be in my room.

I don't know, a 225watt pelt produces a lot of heat. Maybe someone who has tried this could help.
