SWIFTECH MCX370 ANY GOOD??????????

I heard it is damn easy to install with out breaking your CPU core, and its only a few bucks more than the SK6 plus its quieter. But is it any good to keep an Athlon XP 2000+ at low temps? SHould I get the SK6 with a delta or the Swiftech? The swiftech looks damn cool tho. BTW does it come preassembled?

Here is your answer. I'll be reviewing the MCXC-370 pretty soon and it should be even better due to the copper base.
