Swiftech MC462 on a EP8K7A?

Thinking about a Epox EP8K7A motherboard and I have a Swiftech MC462 heatsink anyone know if it will fit OK? Is the 2100 Crucial memory OK?
 
No problem! Fits like a glove!

My friend just recently bought the Mobo and has the HS/F, The install was super easy.
 
Be careful of the small mboard parts right next to the mounting holes, I broke one off either tightening or removing the hsf on this board, and chiped my core while I was at it.
