Should i just keep the fan that it comes with or should i get a better fan...i heard something about a delta fan?

If you buy from Swiftech, it now comes with a Sanyo Denki fan, not the delta, and is much much quieter.
The Delta will give you optimal cooling, but I'm using the Sanyo and getting good temps for my 1.3 T-Bird.
Load- ~54C
Idle- ~30C

You go all the way up to 54C on load? That seems kinda high, especially since your idle temp is about 30C. I would've thought it would never go over 50C. What kind of case cooling do you have? Sorry, I just thought that seemed a little different.
