swf to video????

Browsing the web the other day i happened across a flash animation that totally kicked ass. and being the collector of worthless crap that i am i decided to keep the animation. i was needing to know was there any way to convert it to a recordable format to share with friends that don't have net access?

Go into your temp files, and find the ".swf" file, and copy it out. You can then send it to people, or keep it stored locally. Then to play it, just open it with your browser. (As long as they have the Shockwave player installed, it'll work.)
