SWF to AVI

I'm converting an swf file to avi, the problem arrises when I use a swf file that has one frame and plays the animation from that one frame. I have used about 6 to 7 different software apps and only one allows me to capture the animation from the single frame animation. (It costs $75) Does anyone know of a free piece of software that will convert a single frame (the 1 frame plays an action script that lasts about 15 seconds) SWF file to AVI?

I don't know if it converts a single frame, but its free.
