Swen worm not slowing down, what 2 do?

For the last week I have been getting several hundred emails with the Swen worm, and so far no sign of it slowing down. Whats up with this, generally these virus things show up, get hot for a couple days and then die off. Should I be doing something like sorting through the headers and trying to send a notice to the infected person?

Contact their ISP to let them know and block that sender. If you know them, call and let them know. They probably have no idea they are infected.
