+ 12 V 25 Amp

That's pretty pathetic for a "650W" PSU. The Seasonic S12-430 has more 12V amps than that (and dual +12V rails). Also, the design looks VERY restrictive in terms of airflow, and they don't say anything about conversion efficiency (which means it's probably poor).

Basically, it's cheap for a reason.

That is/was sold here by some other name - it has that weird blower arrangement. I'm not sure what name it goes by here but you could dig around on some US PSU vendor sites until you find one like it and then hunt for reviews based on that model. I found it and the name was CleverPower. I think I'd skip that one if it was me. It looks like they took that crap slot blower they make and builit it into the top of a line of PSUs to get rid of some of them...
. I don't see any reference to the older line anywhere when they had a 600W unit. Perhaps that is from some old stock nabbed cheap. As I recall, the older units didn't get very good reviews. The new line is getting good reviews re. power and not so good re. noise.

Here's a link to the current line: http://www.worldcomasia.com/ I don't even see a 600W there. But they do claim to have active PFC on the higher series. Usually your cheapo units won't have that.
