My fiance just got a $5k bonus and a 7% raise. I can't believe this! That's $13k bonus + $10k raise since she started working there 3 years ago. She's a lan admin for a Kuwaiti firm... and she said they didn't even do well this past year. 😕

I would kill to get anything above a 3% raise right now... In 3 years, I've gotten a 3% and waiting on another 3% effective May. This is chump change compared to her. :frown: Smaller companies are better to work for. 😀

i work for a big company and i got almost 10% in raises among other things last year

Congrats to your fiancee. I work for a private company during the interview my boss said they give out 5-7% raises to the people that do their job. I guess it all depends on the company.
