Got the E2e HA for $65
I can carry both the L4 and the E2e, and have all the light anyone could want.

CandlePower forums are dangerous to the wallet.

WTF? Your hobby is flashlights? Since you aren't going to have real sex ever, please at least pay for it once to see what its like.

I am not a computer geek.
The amount of sex I have had would blow your mind.
I have had sex with women you have beat off to in magazines.
Seriously - If you beat off to a Ck, guess, or Spiegel model - I actually did what you were imagining.

Awesome! Yes CPF makes my wallet crawl under the bed and whimper....

I just sold a bunch of lights I had stockpiled to get one to compliment my new L1. I just got that the other day and I LOVE it. 90 hours on low is awesome. I'm trying to decide between a U2, L5, or McGizmo 27LT.

Pay no attention to the naysayers. I went through this when I first started carrying my Surefires' at work. Then the power went out on frickin' midnight shift one night. Needless to say, I don't get poked at anymore because of it....matter of fact I've got one of the shift mechanics trying to decide on his first Surefire....

Well, what do you think of the E2e and L4 combo?
I think I will carry them both.
The L4 flood is simply amazing!
But, it has no throw - so, I got the E2e.
It hasn't arrived, but I am sure it will complement the L4 perfectly. Don't you?

Yeah it is... the only SureFire I own is the G2 and it's probably the only one I'll ever own unless I find a great deal on a 9P. They're good flashlights, but crazy expensive compared to what else is out there.

Awesome. I just can't see myself needing another flashlight while I have my L2. Wonderful flashlight. Even my wife has agreed that it has been worth the price I paid for it. :)

I haven't had the L4 so I can't comment on that. I have had the E2e and liked it alot. Do yourself a favor get the extended runtime lamp (MN02 I believe). Its one Surefire's most underestimated lamps. Don't let the 25 lumen rating fool you - its bright, has a slightly tighter hotspot than the stock E2e lamp, and the 2.5 hour runtime on it is killer. It will also still out throw the L4 easily.

I assume you picked up the E2e for the size to power ratio. I can understand that. Its' amazing they get such power out of a light so small. I'm sure you will really like your new lights. Hows' your L4? Is tint good, no donut hole?

I was going to just buy an incandescent bezel for my L4 - then I figured I might as well get a whole E2e.
I also Like that size. When I am carrying it in my pocket - it is so small, I often have to check to see if I have it in there.

The L4 is pretty good. If I were to nit pick, I would say it is slightly on the puke green side, but generally pure white and a gloriously even coverage.

To Mugs and others:

Do yourselves a favor! First, get over and join CPF right now.
Second go to this thread: Dealers Specials
Lastly, burn a hole in your pocket!

I usually buy all my lights from OpticsHq.com - thier prices friggin' rock. Lowest prices I've seen on Surefires.

I also buy alot of stuff from lighthound.com - he sells indivdual Surefire componets like heads, bodies, tailcaps, etc.

Also, check the buy sell trade forum - in less than 10 mins from me wanting an E2e, I had found and bought one that retials for $96 plus shipping, for $65 with a spare lamp shipped for $65. Much better than ebay IMHO.

What's your secret? Is it the expensive flashlights or the perfectly manicured nails? :p

The expensive flashlights. Trust me, when the power suddenly goes out who do you think the chicks hang around? ;)
