Ok, wont finish movin till tomorrow
3 bedroom, 2 bath. 2 car garage. Its on the very edge of a msall town right outside Kansas City. New subdivsion. Out of 100 or so houses, we're like 312 to be finished. By a smal airport. This is all good, my son loves construction equipment and airplanes :0
CLEAR blue sky. Aint seen that in a while. Its a front to back. You walk in the fron door to the living room, and dining room / kitchen / bedrooms are up a half flight of stairs. Time Warner is supposed to be runnin cable next month. Vaulted ceiling with CLover Leaf shaped window in living room. Wlak in closet in Master bedroom. Basement is unfinished although we got a Sunroom option, so it has essentially a wall of windows with a sliding glass door. My wife loves plants. Fair enough. Around 1350 square feet not counting basement.
Total cost was around 143,000. Monthly payments until the end of the year are 82-some a month. This is less then my rent was! This is due to taxes still being assessed as an empty lot. Payemnt should be around 950-1000 once they adjust. Loan is 4.3%
Life is good.

People who bought the house I sold financed like $150k (after their down pmt) for 30 yrs and their pymts were about $700. 🙁   That's less than the rent I make on this townhome.

1 yr/ARM loan for 30 years. The 1 year ARM is so-so, but it keeps my house payment down now so I can throw some extra on the prinicpal every month then next year or the year after refinance to a fixed loan.
