I'm not and I'm the 1st to fully admit to the fact that I'm overweight. I have no self control or discipline. have to somehow get back on track and dump a few pounds.

no, I'm not blessed with the type of body where extra weight goes to the breasts and thinner looks better on me.Menopause has left me less motivated to exercise, many days I struggle just to get thru my work day awake. As a rule though, my diet is still pretty decent, just too much of it and not nearly as "clean"as my husband's.

peanut butter as a main dinner course would get old quick !

My husband's always been a good cook but over the course of this past summer he crossed over the line into greatness, his salmon steaks, his various chicken marinades would make you weep for joy they're so tasty, and his meals look colorful and inviting on the plate too ! His pasta dishes rock and his cheeseburgers yum !!! :p

I'm a woman with no self control and fully admit it, what else do you want me to say ?

I prefer myself thinner and at some point I'll self motivate myself into shedding some weight again.

btw, I'm allowed to have opinions on what I think looks good, I admire women like the 5ft nine inch tall elizabeth Hurley.. who weighs only 117 pounds

Of course you're allowed to have opinions. That one quoted above just sounds hypocritical. S'all good.

I grew up on real mashed potatoes. For some odd reason, they don't appeal to me any more. I'd rather have instant. Hopefully, I move out of this phase and back to real sometime soon.

My current weight is fairly recent and in part a result of drug treatment for bad menopause symptoms. I have been under 125 in the very recent past and will probably go lower yet again once I regain a commitment to some sort of exercise plan.

I won't eat instant pototos, we only have potatos once or maybe twice a week and we have the real thing when we do.
