Edit: I'm assuming since it's such an old vid that everything that was taped was actually done... i.e. no camera tricks? Some of those look a little fishy. Most are friggen amazing. I want to learn how to do that.

looks like an assembling of several commercials
great stuff although I did find some of those jumps fishy.
