re. The CPU heating up. If after you do the rest of them, would you consider a small duct to the CPUs? Put the air right on them. Just a thought.

If you are still having a problem with heat on the processors try flipping that side fan around and exhaust the air, that might help.

Hairy Arm!!!

Quite nice apart from what looks to be a gap between your mesh and the case side. Could create a sound issue.
