Honestly, I think the media is often waaaaay out of bounds in their pursuit of celebrities. It's one thing to snap a photo of them at a film premire or something, but jumping fences and climbing buildings or whatever to snap photos like these with a telephoto lens is just ridiculous. I for one hope they win the suit.


That said: Zeta-Jones is indeed an idiot for smoking while pregnant. I would go ballistic if my wife smoked while preggers.

They own less than 10% of the radio stations in the country, how the hell are they an evil empire? They don't even come close to Microsoft's domination of the marketplace.
