Last time: the kid's name was to be David Rune Staalman Leisten. Note that Staalman, or "Superman" would have been one of his middle names. The kid's actual name would have been David. Get a clue.

I could think that licensing might have been a reason but not the given one "The authority said it wasn't suitable because it might "lead to discomfort for the person who uses it."

Since also as pointed out, it's not even considered as his first name but the second middlename.
 
If you read the whole article, that name is a middle name. The first name would be David. Big difference.
