sweating like a pig

oh well, first of i started doing sports again some weeks ago, tuesday climbing, thursday squashing. it feels good, i feel tha pauaa😀
but the strange thing about it, is that even an half an hour afterwards i'm still sweating like a pig. so like today i went squashing after that i took a shower and five minutes later i sweated again like a pig. shurely outside it's damn hot, but anyway during the day i don't sweat that much. but now 3/4 hours after squashing i'm still sweiating. is this a problem of my body not being used to it, or is it because i'm hispano and hispanos sweat more?

sorry if i grosed or offended somebody, but i'm just wandering what the reason is.

I think it's just body chemistry or something.

I'm the same way. I consider myself in very good shape but even if it's just walking outside in hot weather the sweat just starts pouring.

On the other hand, this past weekend we played 3 hours of basketball full court and afterwards, my friend didn't even look like he did anything. No sweat at all.

Yup, hyperhydrosis.

Hmm... I hardly sweat... I see like all these people with so much sweat that they're shirts are wet and I don't get that...

You actually get "better" at sweating the more often you work out. From what I understand, your body begins to assume over time that any elevated activity is probably going to go on for a while and therefore it'd better get a jump on things and start sweating profusely right now. I've been an avid cyclist for 10+ years and one of the downsides is that everything makes me sweat buckets. I dread having to wear a suit in the summer as I soak it in short order if I don't have the A/C cranked up. Even spicy food makes me sweaty.

it could be like 30 degrees outside, but if the suns shining on me, i'll start sweating.

Well it's not that bad but I still sweat pretty easily. Kind of a pain, but it is more healthy for you I suppose
