SWbell sucks @$$

Just recieved my self-install kit and the Bastards sent me a usb modem.:|

NNNNOOOOOOOO damit!

USB is the devil.

Does anyone know if SWbell will trade the modem out for a "normal" network interface modem?

I told them I was running NT4. hello no usb support with sp5

SW Bell stinks. We waited nearly 3 months for DSL service only to cancel the order and go with Road Runner. The SWB sends the DSL modem. Later wanted to charge us for it.

Good luck with them. Typical unorganized large company.
