Currently on lowering springs and will be going back to stock so I can sell the car. I was thinking of just paying someone to do it but decided to tackle it myself and save $250. I'm so not looking forward to it though.
If you want to make life much easier see if a local shop will swap the springs for you. It'll take them a few minutes and save you a LOT of time. Pop the strut assemblies out, bring them to the shop, they squeeze the springs in the machine and swap stuff out, then you just have to reinstall the strut assembly.
Or with the $250 you're saving buy one of these. :awe:
Just got done. I did the rears first cause I thought they were easier but boy I was wrong. It took 2 grueling hours for each side while the front took 30 mins each. Overall I think it was well worth it. I have an alignment shop in mind but he wants $120. Not sure if I should just go to some cheapo place since I will be selling the car.
