Not too pricey - but most importantly it needs to work and be stable. This is something that I have been unable to achieve with my 3 NF7s. I suspect it's due to the incredibly fussy nature of the nForce2 chipset - but I simply can't find any RAM that will work (at least not reasonably priced - I haven't tried the Corsair XMS LL, but as I would want 3GB of the stuff, my wallet simply won't allow it).
So, I need 3 new motherboards - and I've decided that they cannot be nForce2 based.
I was thinking of the MSI Delta6 Ultra-FISR (KT600) - sure it might not be as fast, but VIA have now had several tries to get it right after their disastrous KT133 (yup, I had a few of those and they were shocking) - plus it's got some funky stuff like Serial ATA, IEEE1394 and GbEthernet as well as being much cheaper than nForce2 boards.
What can people advise about the stability of this board? I'm not particularly keen on overclocking, but may try it - if so what can I expect? Is this a good buy?
