Swapping out a drive in a Mac Book Pro

So I have a Macbook Pro with an 80GB Hard drive, I want to clone everything from this drive to the 250GB drive, is there and special cloning software I need to make this work since Macs use EFI? Would it work if I put both drives in a PC and cloned them on that machine?

You will have to use a mac specific cloning software.
There are a few out there, SuperDuper, Clone X 2, but one that I use all the time is called Carbon Copy Cloner
Haven't played with version 3 much, but the latest 2 version still works fine
