Swapping NFORCE2 boards without re-install Okay? AN35N to A7N8X DELUXE

RMA my AN35N ultra 400 for a A7N8X DELUXE.

I had all the windows xp updates and programs installed on the AN35N before it kicked the bucket.

Will be recieving my new board today (on fedex truck for delivery).
Is it okay to swap the boards since they are the same chipset?
I will not be using the on board sound.

I have done this before on via boards just not sure with the NFORCE boards.

it should go OK, Win XP will detect the new hardware on the Asus mobo so have the driver CD handy.

I just did this the other way around about a week ago, A7N8X to An35 Ultra, no probs.
