Swapped new SSD into HTPC, now it's running at SATA2? [Updated... now my main PC.]

RE: HTPC in sig below

I swapped out my old 60GB Agility3 and installed a 128GB M500 I had, cloned a backup image using Acronis and everything is fine. Except... it's running at 3GB/s for some reason. I even flashed the updated BIOS, reset it to AHCI... and it's still at SATA2. Yes, it's on the Intel port '0'. ATTO benchmark verifies it's running at SATA2 as well.

The Agility3 ran at 6GB/s when it was installed.

What am I missing...? 😕

EDIT:

...and now my main PC is doing the very same thing. Both are running on an Acronis backup recovery (due to driver issues.) I ran ATTO last night on my main desktop and the Plextor tops out at 280/270K read/write.

Anyone...?
