Swap MB/CPU from A8N-SLI DELUXE

I have this board with a 4200 (939) as my medic center. It's not decoding blueray well..or if I have multiple tasks running. It's showing its age. Anyone know of a MB I could swap and add a better processor (keeping price down) to get good HD Audio/Video.

Any recommendations?

only single gpu. Using it more for Media server, coding and media center.

What graphics card are you currently using? Upgrading the mobo/CPU may offer no benefit if the graphics card isn't adequate for decoding the formats you want.

7900GT - It offers HD performance, but not HDCP. I"m using Anydvd HD to bypass HDCP. The cpu is just pegged when I have many things running.

That's not going to get a lot better with a mobo upgrade. AnyDVD is using CPU time to bypass HDCP and your 7900GT has little support for advanced HD decoding like Blu-Ray.

I'd consider swapping for a better one...
