"Swap" file?

I'm currently playing EQII which is pretty intense on the system. I'm probably going to try to set up a Raid array eventually, but I just don't have the time right now. I've read that moving your "swap" file to another hard drive can give a small performance increase. Since I have 2 hard drives (both WD Raptors but different sizes) and have room on the non-game drive, I should be able to do this. I'm running WinXP SP2... Can anybody tell me how to set this file up on another hard drive? My understanding is it should be set to about 1.5x the size of my RAM.

Thanks.

P.S. Please feel free to say if you don't think this is a good idea.

Thanks... so it seems the optimal set-up for performance is to set the page file on a separate hard drive on its own partition.

Probably get better result putting this in the OS forum since we're just program geeks and script kiddies here 😛
