Let's say you cough, and hack up a thick goober. You have nowhere to spit it though, so you swallow it. (ewwwww).

Do you just digest it and break it down, or does it have the chance of going right back where it came from?

Let's say that you're doing the nasty, but get interrupted and you don't 'release.' Do your little boys turn blue?

Are you retarded, OP?

Kind of. It's just that i've been hacking up mad goobers and half the time, I can't spit them anywhere so I am swallowing it all. It just won't stop, so I'm wondering "wtf, are they just getting recyled???"

I figured on the obvious answer, but I was just curious to see if I was missing something.

No it goes into your stomach and starts to germinate just like watermelon seeds. Then it grows more phlegm and more phlegm and then you're fucked. Purple monkey dishwasher.

Make sure you spread the word around the swingsets and by the jungle gym.

The problem here is that you've been coughing them up & swallowing them, which somehow send the goobers straight to your brain.

unfortunately, you have cancer now.

There is a lot of acid in your stomach, coughing is a result of stuff being in/below your trachea, The epiglottis prevents food and other stuff from entering you lungs. So when you swallow, it pretty much all ends up in your stomach, not back in your lungs (you have serious issues if it is going into your lungs again.)
