SW:Kotor graphics problem

Hi all,

I have a strange problem with this game.

The gamma/brightness graphic setting keeps dimming when the movies/ cut scenes come on. The brightness slider, however, remains in the same location. When I click it without moving the slider, the brightness returns.

Has anyone else experience this????

Using a 9700Pro on an asus A7N8X-Dlx board with a Barton 2500+.

I usually run into it when I first start the game, haven't noticed a problem with it falling back after a cut scene though. There is a new patch that was just posted for the game, supposed to fix the soft shadows problem on ATi boards- maybe this is also addressed(haven't DLd it yet).
