Svideo Noise Problem

Hello,
For some reason, when I use the TV out on my Radeon 9800 Pro, when I plug the s-video cable in to my TV I hear a buzzing sound from my TV speakers. Unplug the svideo from the Radeon and no more noise. It also happened with my previous Radeon 9600 Pro, but I had assumed it was the card. I doubt I got two bad cards, so is it possible there is something else causing this? I've ran the cable away from any power supplies, as far as I can, I'm not sure what other possibilities there are.
