I have bought the SVEC FD821 switch, it works like great! N-way auto 10/100 works great. But i have some problems with fullduplex. The switch has to tell the network card if he can be full or half duplex. My network card are: 3com 3c595, 3com 3c590 , IBM etherjet , one no name realtec style card. These cards are 10 or 10/100 and they support all full duplex. Now i have no problems with the IBM card it works great on full duplex. But the 3com's and realtec card do support full duplex but even when i set it to full duplex they wil not work in full according to the full duplex led indicator. I have no idea what this is, 3com do not support third party switches so they say. Are these cards running on full duplex or can't they work on full duplex?
