SVCompucycle.....going downhill fast

SVC has always been great about having good deals and fast shipping. Last Monday I placed an order for 2 sticks of RAM. I got a shipping notice Tuesday afternoon. Great I thought, it should be here by Friday or Saturday since it's coming USPS Priority. Well today I still haven't gotten it. The tracking number they gave me doesn't work so I gave them a call. After having to call back 3 times because the person I needed to talk to was on the other line I finally got a hold of them. It seems that my RAM hasn't shipped out yet because they're waiting for it to come in. They don't have any idea when it will be in since the computers are down.

This place really pisses me off. What pisses me off more is that they charged my credit card last Tuesday for the order.

I've ordered from SVC before but it was mainly for small stuff like AS3 and fans. I'll never buy from them again.

The key is to just buy stuff they have in stock (fans, Hs, Pastes etc.) they are just expanding to other stuff. i wouldn't trust them with it yet. they don't have great prices on other stuff yet anyway. don't know why you woulda bought memory from them.

Well when I placed the order last week it said it would "ship same day". They had a pretty good deal last week on 512MB True Samsung pc2700 memory for $133. Since the shipping was reasonable I took a chance. I guess I learned my lesson
