My system is getting destroyed by this service, at startup and for a good while i sit at 0% CPU usage and 800-900mb od ram usage, but all of a sudden this service kicks in and keeps the CPU at 25%+ usage and the ram is a gigantic 2.6GB in use out of 4GB total.

WTF?

I fixed the problem, disabled windows update service from ever working again, downloaded Total360 anti virus, use this to install Windows updates.

System stays under 1GB ram usage now even when updating... LOL
