SVCD Audio Sync Off - How to Fix?

All my SVCDs have audio sync issues. I have a Genica GN800 dvd player. Video is great. Audio is a little slow to the video tho. Any clues? Thanks.

Are these SVCDs that you've encoded yourself? If they are and you're using TMPG to encode, make sure you CHECK the box that says "Do not frame rate converion" under Settings->Advanced.

If these are movies you've downloaded, try pausing the DVD player and then resuming, sometimes that's all it takes.
