SVC store sent me the wrong stuff

I ordered Arctic Alumina adhesive from them for 6.95 and they sent me a tube of Alumina Thermal paste worth 2.95. Anyone ever have any problems in getting the right stuff from them after they sent you the wrong item?

How about contacting them first about it instead of complaining to us??

If they screw you over AFTER you've contacted them, THEN you can complain to us 😀

I'm not complaining, I just wanted to know if anyone else ever had the wrong stuff from them and how long or how they resolved it. I called and they told me I would have to call back on Monday because the shipping department guy isn't in on Saturday.

Yeah these guys are great, i've never had a problem, but my friend once ordered some fan grills and they sent the wrong size. They quickly sent out a the correct size no questions asked, w/o even having to send the wrong size back. Great deal.
