Is there a big difference between (in terms of cooling performance):

Thermalright SLK-800(A) Socket Cooler- $28.95

I have an AMD 2100+ XP. Running at stock speed. I have a 92mm fan that i would use with it.
 
Anyone tried one of these yet? It looks like an improvement on the Zalamn ZM80 (which doesn't have a fan).

Can you apply the code to other items like mobos, cpus, etc?

the code is only for those 2 heatsinks AFAIK.... it just changes their prices to the ones i mentioned
