Suzuki made quality car. Their cars are quite popular in Canada, Australia and Japan.

Their Aerio scores the "best pick" in crash test this week in the NBC/Dateline National Highway Safety crash test . Link

They always keep the price low. However, they just need more good people to design the cosmetic look of the vehicle.

I would not mind driving this concept since the built-quality of the Mini cooper is not that good according to actual buyers of Mini cooper. Check out http://www.carsurvey.org/

Maybe centra/western, but I only ever met one person in Atlantic canada with a suzuki - early 90's they had a suzuki sidekick. What a POS that was!

Haha, sidekicks make great offroaders when equipped right. And they're CHEAP too. I've seen hills that $40,000 fullsized 4x4's weren't able to go up, but a guy with a $500 sidekick just drove up like a walk in the park.. funny stuff..

eh....

EDIT: it does look better than their current cars. And I guess it looks better in real life than in pics.

I remember liking the concept drawings. This one doesn't look too bad. It does look kind of TT-esque, and I like those.

The back looks like a renault or peugot that I saw in Costa Rica, square rising up from the fenders. I'd drive it if they got rid of all the aluminum in the cabin...too damn bright.

Remember, wheelbase is everything off road. Some things LWB's rock at, others are SWB only. My dodge will kick any mudhole's ass, while the zuk would be stuck in 3 seconds flat. On the other hand, no way my dodge will fit in the places I have taken my Zuk, and that includes up extreamly steep hills in the 60-70 degree range. ( just an estimate, I did not have a protractor handy :) )

That vehicle actually doesn't look that bad. The wheels are far out, but the "necking down" of the roofline (as you go up ) does not appeal to me.

No way in hell you drove up a 60-70° slope. The human mind is proven to overjudge angles though.
