Suttle an35n ultra error code 10 ethernet

I just sold a board that i got an rma from shuttle on anandtech forums and he gets error 10 on the onboard ethernet port. He has not installed sp1 yet and from what i know this is a device conflict issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
