Suspend To RAM problems MSI KT266

i am having a problem with the KT266 PRO board. When i want to Suspend To RAM (it is enabled in the BIOS) in windows 2000 the OS goes into suspend mode but when i press the powerbutton again all i get is my video card bios logo (geforce2MXand TNT2) and windows 2000 does not come back. i have to do a complete shutdown and turn the system on again to boot windows 2000 but windows 2000 is not in the same state i left it when i wanted to go into suspend to ram mode. I have a customer that really needs this feature to work. any help would be great!!

Looks like AMD 762+VIA 686B isn't the only one with Suspend to RAM problems.
