Suspend Problems

After my computer comes out of suspend mode(doesnt matter which mode), either the sound stops working and the computer locks up when I try to restart, or the computer locks up within seconds of the computer coming out of suspend mode. This is a very annoying problem as you might imagine and I have done every
thing I can think of to fix it.

Here is a list of things I have tried:
I tried changing BIOS settings to those in the KT7 faq on viahardware.com
uninstalled the 4.33 via 4in1 drivers and replaced them with the official 4.32 drivers
installed newest sound card drivers
installed the newest drivers from nvidia
stopped the nvidia driver helper service from starting

I have run out of ideas here... Does anyone know anything else I can try to do?

The only programs I have other than the standard win2k stuff are tbctray.exe and point32.exe. tbctray is the volume controls for my sound card and point32 is for my mouse.
