Suspend problem (win 98SE)

I have been having this problem lately. When I put my computer in suspend mode sometimes I cant wake it up! What is going on? Also I have to manually put it into suspend, b/c even know its set to go on suspend by it's self after an hour it never does. What is going on here also. Thanks for any help.

Maybe its a program i have running??? When i press ctrl alt delete this is what i get:
Explorer
ICQ
SETI@home (I though it was this but its been freezing up even before I had this)
Systray
Vptray
Winampa (why is winamp always running???)
